The Aston is my first ever own apartment and I’m not gonna lie, it will be hard for me to get another one because of how amazing it has been for my wife and I living here. The location is definitely the biggest reason for me to pick The Aston. Everything you need is walking distance. The management team has been amazing and I have no complaints. I know the main concern some people who are looking for an apartment is the price, but honestly it’s pretty average around Orem/Provo area. If you’re going to pay that price, might as well have one where you have everything around your apartment: grocery stores, shopping mall, massage parlor, movie theater, restaurant, gas stations, and etc. Amenities are also great. They have a pool, a hot tub, two gyms, etc. I would also love to mention how great their maintenance team is. They get things done in an orderly manner. Also, I know people who have lived in different apartments who are worried about their packages getting stolen, I have yet experience that. They have lockers where can leave your package and delivery drivers have keys to the building so they can leave your packages right in front of your door. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

I really have enjoyed working with the stuff when there has been issues. The community manager Cambria really try’s her best to provide an awesome living environment. I really like the fact that they do monthly resident events. Overall have had a good experience here.

My family and I LOVE living at The Aston. The workers are amazing and friendly, and maintenance is quick and efficient! We love the amenities and everything the complex has to offer, including the activities they throw almost every month. The apartment itself is really spacious and feels luxurious. They are also pet friendly and that is a super bonus. Overall we are really happy that we moved in 7 months ago. Shout out to Savannah, she is always willing to answer our questions and hear any concerns we might have. :))
